Gantry Machining Center
The Gantry Machining Center represents a series of advanced workbench mobile gantry machining center products independently developed by Chenghai CNC. By fully leveraging our own strengths and integrating cutting-edge international technology, this machine offers comprehensive processing functions including milling, boring, drilling (drilling, reaming, reaming), tapping, and countersinking. It is ideal for the automotive, mold, aerospace, packaging, hardware, and various other mechanical processing industries.
This machine features a fixed gantry frame with a moving workbench structure. Its primary components include a workbench, bed, column, beam, sliding saddle, ram, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling filter system, chip removal device, rotary operating panel, and electronic control system.
The entire machine's guide rail and lead screw utilize a quantitative lubrication system, allowing for adjustable oil supply cycles and targeted lubrication at each point. This system ensures automatic centralized lubrication through precise electrical system control.
